Groupe Dynamite is seeking an Operations Associate to keep the store running smoothly. You will own the stockroom, monitor inventory movement, process shipments, and ensure the floor stays full and inviting. From online orders to markdowns, you’ll help deliver a seamless customer experience that keeps guests returning.

You’ll work with a team that values attention to detail, proactive ownership, and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays to support peak times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• 6+ months of stockroom, inventory, or back-of-house retail experience (fashion a plus).
• Detail-oriented and organized work style that's proactive.
• Team player who takes ownership and supports store goals.
• Customer-focused approach powers the in-store experience.
• Social media skills and tech-savviness are a plus; flexible evenings/weekends/holidays.

Reporting to the Store Manager, your role as Operations Associate is all about keeping the store flowing and the vibe strong. You’ll own the stockroom, keep inventory moving, process shipments, and make sure the floor stays full and fresh. From E-comm orders to markdowns, you’ll help create a seamless experience that keeps our customers coming back. Behind the scenes, you’re the one making sure everything runs smoothly—an essential part of the team’s success.

Your role & qualifications:

• High school diploma;
