Job summary

GARAGE is seeking a Co-Manager in Vaughan to lead a vibrant store team. You will drive a positive omni-channel shopping experience, recruit and develop staff, and build strong client relationships while achieving sales and productivity targets.

You will promote a culture of teamwork, adaptability and customer focus, coordinating with the Store Manager to ensure exceptional store performance and profitability. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline is an asset.
• 2 years of management experience, preferably in a fashion clothing environment, or equivalent management experience.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for fashion.
• Demonstrates problem solving and decision making abilities.
• Ability to foster participation, creativity and learning by sharing best practices.

Job summary

Reporting to the Store Manager, your main focus as Co-Manager is to promote a positive omni channel shopping experience, build loyal client relationships and produce outstanding business results by demonstrating great leadership through recruiting, training, and coaching your team members. You ensure to maximize the store’s profitability by achieving and surpassing sales and productivity targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline, an asset


• 2 years of management experience, preferably in a fashion clothing environment, or equivalent management experience


• Has passion for fashion & is customer-oriented


• Demonstrates solving skills and decision making abilities
