Job summary

Groupe Dynamite’s GARAGE store in Ottawa is seeking a Co-Manager to promote a positive omni-channel experience and build loyal client relationships. You will recruit, train and coach your team while driving sales and productivity to achieve targets.

You will report to the Store Manager and lead by example, ensuring exceptional customer service, strong store operations, and compliant merchandising. A lifestyle fashion environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline is an asset.
• 2 years of management experience in fashion retail or equivalent.
• Passion for fashion and customer-oriented mindset.
• Demonstrates problem solving and decision making abilities.
• Promotes an environment encouraging participation, creativity and learning by sharing best practices.
• Demonstrates flexibility, innovation, and urgency in adapting to changing business needs.
• Builds partnerships and prioritizes collaboration.
• Strong social media, mobile device, and office software skills.
• Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

You ensure to maximize the store’s profitability by achieving and surpassing sales and productivity targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline, an asset


• 2 years of management experience, preferably in a fashion clothing environment, or equivalent management experience


• Has passion for fashion & is customer-oriented


• Demonstrates solving skills and decision making abilities


• Demonstrate the ability to promote an environment that encourages participation, creativity and learning by sharing best practices and building on the ideas of others


• Demonstrate flexibility, innovation and sense of urgency in identifying and reacting to the changing business environment by contributing impactful ideas and solutions
