Job summary

Treyarch is seeking an on-site IT Technician in Vancouver, BC for a 12-month contingent role staffed through Volt. Primary duties include end-user support, AD management, workstation imaging and deployment, and hardware troubleshooting in a fast-paced studio environment.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years IT support experience, familiarity with video game consoles, and strong Windows/Office 365 skills. Collaboration across teams is essential, with a commitment to inclusive hiring.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ IT support experience.
• Familiarity with video game consoles.
• Video game studio experience is a plus.
• Proficient with PC hardware and Windows environments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 troubleshooting.
• Strong networking knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide end user support on-site or remotely via Slack, email or in person.
• Active Directory management and support.
• Image and provision workstations (imaging, software, hardware).
• Address hardware issues (printers, shared PCs, consoles).
• Assist with software deployments (Office 365, Zoom, Slack, Autodesk, Adobe CC).
• Assist with IT assets and inventory management.
