Job summary

Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment Partnership (MLSE) delivers top-tier fan experiences across sports venues and entertainment spaces. This role supports the Food & Beverage team by delivering outstanding service to fans at MLSE locations during events, while upholding food safety, cleanliness, and safety standards.

The successful candidate will have Smart Serve certification, be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays, and be legally eligible to work in Canada.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Smart Serve certification.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in Ontario.
• Previous food service experience is an asset.
• Safe food handling training is an asset.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Shown ability to provide outstanding customer service.
• Work well under pressure; balance multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Legally entitled to work in Canada.
• Ability to perform tasks requiring extensive walking and lifting, including lifting up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Catering and Production Experience Is Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver championship customer service to fans during various events at MLSE locations.
• Ensure safe food handling principles are practiced and follow health & safety policies.
• Perform opening and closing duties as required.
• Keep work area and equipment clean and organized at all times.
• Perform other administrative or service functions as required.
• Ensure areas are cleaned and stocked for fans to enjoy.
