Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Funeral Services or related field.
• Six or more years of relevant education and professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of funeral service practices, ethics, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for adult learners.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, practical instruction within the Funeral Services program.
• Bring current industry knowledge and real-world examples into the classroom.
• Prepare for and facilitate classes using established curriculum and materials.
• Support students in developing technical knowledge, professional skills, judgment, and interpersonal skills.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, academic guidance, and timely feedback to students.
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback to support learning.
