Qualifications

Experience in funds law and LP transfers.

Leadership experience supervising and mentoring junior lawyers and paralegals.

Responsibilities

Supervise paralegals through complex LP transfer processes and ensure documentation aligns with client playbooks and SLAs.
Serve as primary contact for clients and counterparties, coordinating KYC/AML, transfer docs, signing, and post-closing actions.
Own and evolve client playbooks and negotiation parameters, escalating issues to the Legal Director while maintaining deal momentum.
Build and deepen client relationships, positioning Carta Healthcare as the go-to partner for LP transfer work.
Support business development by contributing to client pitches with Growth team.
Partner with technology team to improve AI-driven legal delivery tools and workflows.
