Carta is seeking a Junior Funds Paralegal to join the Americas Funds team in a fast-paced environment. You will prepare initial drafts of LP transfer documents and coordinate with transfer parties and lawyers to ensure smooth workflows.

You will build commercial and legal expertise over time, with opportunities to take ownership of client accounts and progress toward qualification as a practicing legal professional. This role supports private capital transactions globally.

Responsibilities

• Prepare LP transfer documents (transfer agreements, consents, subscription agreements).
• Liaise with transfer parties on process and timings; assist with execution workflows.

• Develop commercial and legal expertise; potential to take ownership of client accounts over time.
