Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant fund-related experience in a law firm or corporate environment.
• Licensed in Ontario and/or the U.S.
• Experience in capital management and fundraising activities.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate fund formation documents.
• Support bespoke investment vehicle formations.
• Review investor marketing materials and manage fundraising closings.
• Collaborate on capital-raising initiatives.
• Negotiate credit facilities and debt instruments.
• Manage external counsel on fund-related matters.
