Make‑A‑Wish Canada seeks a Fundraising Operations Coordinator to oversee data governance, prospect clearance, and CRM workflows supporting fundraising teams. This full-time, hybrid position offers a Canada-wide base with a salary range in the 48,000–54,000 CAD per year.

We are looking for a Fundraising Operations Coordinator to join our team at Make‑A‑Wish Canada. In this role, you will coordinate the tactical execution of data governance, prospect clearance, and operational workflows that power our fundraising teams. Reporting to the Director of Fundraising Operations, this role owns the day-to-day health of our CRM, standardizes processes and builds functional reporting tools.
This role can be based anywhere in Canada and is a full‑time, hybrid, permanent position. The hiring range for this role is $48,000-$54,000.
