Job summary

Winchesters is seeking a hands-on professional to manage commercial mortgage transactions from commitment through funding and closing in the Toronto area. You will coordinate with borrowers, legal counsel, insurers, and other third parties, review loan documentation, and ensure funding conditions are met.

The role supports post-closing administration and loan servicing. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in commercial real estate finance, a strong understanding of funding processes,

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in commercial mortgage funding, loan closing, mortgage administration, or commercial real estate finance.
• Strong understanding of commercial mortgage transactions and funding processes.
• CMHC experience is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

The firm provides CMHC-insured, conventional, bridge, and mezzanine financing across multifamily, commercial real estate, and land. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who wants significant ownership of the funding process, direct exposure to senior leadership, and the ability to help shape processes within a growing platform.
