Travel is required, with a hybrid work model and offices in Toronto and Mississauga. The role requires 3-5 years in wealth-management operations or related fields, and an IR licensing with CIRO or progress toward it.

The Transition Specialist plays a key role in supporting Financial Advisors and their teams through onboarding and transition activities. This position is responsible for coordinating administrative tasks, managing timelines and checklists, and tracking key milestones to ensure transitions are completed accurately and on time. Working closely with the Manager, Wealth Management Transitions, and the broader transition team, the Transition Specialist independently manages assigned deliverables while ensuring alignment across Advisors, Associates, and internal partners. This role is well-suited for a detail-oriented and highly organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages multiple priorities effectively, and delivers consistent, high-quality execution. As part of a growing function, this position also offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the build-out of transition workflows, tools, and tracking mechanisms, helping to shape and improve how advisor transitions are executed in the future.
