Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in the financial services industry with asset management product experience.
• Prior experience working for and/or closely with third‑party service providers.
• Exceptional professional verbal and written skills; ability to articulate technical matters clearly.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors.
• Capable of managing multiple deadlines with sound judgment.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to identify risk, inefficiencies, and operational gaps and develop solutions.

Responsibilities

• Oversees service provider billing workflow from invoice receipt through payment.
• Develops understanding of vendor contracts, policies, and rates.
• Analyzes expense ratios, caps, and waivers on a monthly basis.
• Prepares and reviews internal and external deliverables, including fund prospectuses and reporting.
• Participates in new fund launches, mergers, and conversions.
• Identifies opportunities to improve processes through technology, data manipulation, and integration.
• Maintains data tables, procedures, SharePoint lists, and process documentation.
• Assists with annual/semi‑annual external auditor requests and regulatory filings.
