Job summary

Pacer Group is seeking a Functional QA professional with strong BA knowledge to join our hybrid team. The role requires deep experience in the Financial Services domain, especially trading platforms and treasury front office, with an understanding of front-to-back workflows across MM and FX.

You will design test strategies, write plans and scenarios, perform QA testing, and document defects clearly using Jira. A solid BA-industry communication ability and data-focused mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of Functional QA/Testing experience with BA knowledge.
• Strong Financial Services domain experience, preferably Trading Platforms / Treasury Front Office.
• Understanding of Front-to-Back workflows across MM & FX: deal capture, execution, risk, confirmation, accounting, and settlement.
• Strong SQL skills for data querying, validation, and reconciliation.
• Experience creating Test Strategy, Test Plans, Test Scenarios and executing Functional/Non-Functional testing.
• Ability to identify, document, and communicate defects clearly using Jira.
• Strong BA/stakeholder communication, root-cause analysis, quality metrics, and documentation.
