Altis Technology is seeking a seasoned Functional Data Analyst to support a large-scale data transformation within an enterprise environment. This hybrid Canada-based role requires 2 days per week on-site in GTA or Montreal.
You will collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Data Engineers and Data Quality Engineers to map data, document lineage and data flows, validate requirements with SQL, and contribute to data contracts and governance while delivering governed, consumption-ready data for

We’re looking for a seasoned, hands‑on Functional Data Analyst to support a large-scale data transformation initiative within an enterprise environment. You’ll help bring data from multiple internal and external systems together into a common, governed and consumption-ready data platform.
Sitting at the intersection of business and technology, you’ll work closely with Product Owners, Architects, Data Engineers and Data Quality Engineers. Your analysis will help the team understand what data exists today, what is needed, how it moves between systems and how it can be delivered with clear business meaning and quality standards.
This is an opportunity to contribute to a complex, high-impact data initiative while gaining exposure to modern data product practices. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, deepen your experience with data governance and engineering practices, and work on a project with similar initiatives anticipated to follow.
