Job summary

Moose Knuckles Canada is seeking a Full-Time Supervisor to join our Winnipeg store. You will coach and train sales associates, drive profitable sales growth, and ensure a fun, brand‑accurate shopping experience.

The ideal candidate has at least one year in fashion retail leadership, strong communication and teamwork, and a proactive, professional attitude with a passion for luxury apparel.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of working experience in fashion retail, preferably in a leadership role.
• Luxury apparel experience is an asset.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Dynamic, customer-oriented attitude.
• Professional, proactive, and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Create a unique and honest shopping experience for customers.
• Be the expert on product knowledge, why it’s cool, how it’s made, and why customers should buy it.
• Lead and coach the associate team through development, observation, and coaching.
• Keep the store looking fresh and uphold Moose Knuckles merchandising standards.

You will play an integral piece in the coaching and training of our sales associates, ensuring profitable sales growth is achieved all while having fun!
