Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Minimum of two (2) years of high-volume serving experience.
• Diploma in hospitality, an asset.
• Experience with a POS system, an asset.
• Knowledge of wine characteristics and pairings, an asset.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to listen to guest needs.
• Positive attitude, autonomy, dynamism and detail-oriented.
• Genuinely care for the wellbeing of others.
• Good physical condition: ability to work long hours on your feet and lift 50lbs.

What We Need

Reporting to the F&B Management Team, the Server’s main responsibility is to provide excellent customer service, serving guests quickly and efficiently by providing an attentive and unobtrusive service in a unique and memorable dining experience.

You will support the elevation of our culture through the lens of our pillars: The best in wellness | The feeling of somewhere else | A trouble-free experience | In a natural state.

What You’ll Do

• Greet guests, present menus, answer questions, offer suggestions and take orders;


• Provide fast, efficient and courteous service, ensuring a memorable experience for our guests;


• Prepare and serve beverages, wine and spirits according to established standards;


• Prepare invoices and collects payment;


• Effectively organize, clean and restock service stations and dining areas;


• Perform opening and closing task checklists;


• Perform other related duties.

Profile needed

• High School Diploma;


• Minimum of two (2) year of high volume experience in serving required;


• Diploma in hospitality, an asset;


• Experience with a POS system, an asset;


• Knowledge wine characteristics and pairings, an asset;


• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to listen to guest needs;


• Positive attitude, autonomy, dynamism and detail-oriented;


• You genuinely care for the wellbeing of others;


• Good physical condition: ability to work long hours on your feet and ability to lift 50lbs (23kg).

You will work a varying schedule which requires flexibility to work weekends, evenings holidays.

Compensation

• Hourly rate $17.60
