Thermea Spa Village Whitby seeks an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team and day-to-day restaurant operations. You will ensure exceptional guest experiences, manage staffing and training, and collaborate with the kitchen and spa teams to maintain service excellence.
The role requires a college degree in related fields, 3+ years in F&B and customer service, 2+ years in management, knowledge of wine pairings, and strong hospitality instincts.

Reporting to the Director, Food & Beverage, the Restaurant Manager leads the day-to-day operation of the restaurant and the Front of House team of approximately 20 to 50 Artisans. The Restaurant Manager is accountable for the quality and consistency of the guest experience, for team scheduling, and for the training, coaching and ongoing performance of the team, and works closely with the Director to develop, document and uphold service standards and operating procedures. The Restaurant Manager partners with the Director and Human Resources on hiring decisions, formal performance management and disciplinary matters.

This is a full-time position with a variable schedule. Evenings, weekends and holidays are a regular part of the role, and hours shift with seasonal peaks, so flexibility is essential.
What is the profile needed in order to be successful in this position
You will work a varying schedule which requires flexibility to work weekends, days, evenings and holidays. This is a full time position (40 hours/week).
