Job summary

Longines Watch Co. Francillon Ltd. in Vancouver seeks a Sales Associate to support store goals, deliver exceptional service, and drive sales.

You will work under the Store Manager, engage with customers, handle operations, merchandising and compliance, and participate in a performance-based bonus.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of retail sales experience.
• Experience with POS systems.
• Fashion/accessories retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Sales Generation: Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting customers and resolving issues with a positive attitude. Achieve and exceed sales targets through outstanding product knowledge.
• Operations: Support daily operations, including processing sales and returns, inventory management, and adhering to operation policies and procedures.
• Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining store’s visual standards by following visual merchandising guidelines. Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store.

Job Description

As a Sales Associate, you will report to the Store Manager and be responsible for achieving sales targets.

Starting base pay of $25.5 per hour plus monthly performance bonus.

Working Conditions

Work is performed with moderate physical effort and requires significant walking and standing for the majority of each shift. While this position has a low risk of injury, it requires lifting, pushing, pulling and holding (up to 35 lbs and above with appropriate support) of boxes and store fixtures, and significant focus when completing paperwork, cash management, or using the POS.

Employment Status

Full-Time: 40 hours per week on average. Must maintain open availability to meet the needs of the business and may be required to work more than 10 hours per week, including certain holidays and blackout dates.
