Job summary

Nova Scotia Health Authority seeks a Licensed Research Coordinator – RN to coordinate research projects within the Department of Research at QEII. You will manage study administration, care for participants, and ensure proper documentation and data handling throughout the study period.

You will provide clinical leadership under the PI and work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, culturally competent participant care in a research setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing school.
• Current registration with the Nova Scotia College of Nursing (NSCN).
• BLS-C (HCP) Certification.
• CCRP or equivalent an asset.
• Previous research experience an asset.
• Demonstrated clinical and assessment skills related to study scope.
• Knowledge of nursing standards and protocols in research.
• Proficiency in specialized technology programs related to the study.
• Effective interpersonal, communication and teaching skills.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• Analytical thinking skills related to research.
• Negotiation, conflict resolution and rapport-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team.
• Clinical experience in the relevant division an asset.
• Competencies in other languages an asset, French preferred.
