Nova Scotia Health Authority is seeking a Research Coordinator Non-Clinical for the Department of Anesthesia, Pain Management and Perioperative Medicine. You will manage multiple clinical and non-clinical research projects, support principal investigators, recruit and consent participants, and oversee budgets and documentation.

The role requires a relevant Bachelor’s degree, knowledge of clinical trial guidelines, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualificações

• Completion of a relevant Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Masters in a health sciences or social sciences discipline is an asset.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and clinical trial regulatory guidelines.
• Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) or Certified Clinical Research Associate (CCRA) designation considered an asset.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint), email and internet.
• Knowledge of bookkeeping.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and manage multiple clinical research studies with investigators, staff and external stakeholders.
• Obtain ethics approvals, recruit and consent participants, coordinate study procedures.
• Monitor participant safety and ensure regulatory compliance; support data quality and protocol adherence.
• Oversee study operations, budgets, documentation, monitoring visits and stakeholder communications.
