Job summary

The 401 Group, located in Sudbury, Ontario, is seeking a friendly, professional Receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of our team. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday, 8am–5pm, at 2100 Kingsway Dr. You will handle high-volume calls, process payments, greet visitors with a professional demeanor, complete licensing paperwork, and balance tills daily.

We value strong communication, multitasking, and computer skills. A valid driver's license is preferred.

• Proficient computer skills and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Answer a high volume of incoming calls on a multi-line phone and direct them to the appropriate department.

• Handle licensing paperwork and daily front-desk tasks.
• Prepare daily production reports and balance tills.

We’re looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of our team! In this key front-line role, you’ll create a positive first impression for every visitor and caller—while keeping our front desk running smoothly!

Location: 2100 Kingsway Dr, Sudbury ON (Mitsubishi)

Wage: $22.00 per hour

Hours: Full-Time – Open availability needed. Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

What You Will Be Doing:

• Answer a high volume of incoming calls on a multi-line phone and direct them to theappropriate department
• Responsible for receiving payments (cash, checks, and credit card payments) from customers.
• Greetcustomers with a clear, friendly voice, along with a professional demeanor
• Licensing paperwork
• Additional duties as assigned
• Daily production reports and till balancing

What You Bring to the Table:

• Completion of High School
• Strong communication skills, professionalism and maturity
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Above average computer skills
• Multi line phone experience is considered an asset
• A Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record
• Dealership experience is not required, but considered an asset
