Job summary

401 Group of Companies is seeking a friendly, professional Receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of our front desk. In this key front-line role, you’ll create a positive first impression for every visitor and caller while keeping our front desk running smoothly.

This part-time position at 325 Ingersoll Street South offers CAD 20 per hour, Monday–Friday 8am–5pm, with opportunities to grow through our automotive parts and service network.

Qualifications

• High School completion.
• Strong communication and professional demeanor.
• Multitasking and time-management skills.
• Above average computer skills.
• Multi-line phone experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license is a plus.
• Dealership experience is not required, but beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Answer a high volume of inbound calls on a multi-line phone and direct them to the appropriate department.
• Receive payments (cash, checks, and credit card) from customers.
• Greet customers with a friendly voice and professional demeanor.
• Handle licensing paperwork and related duties.
• Perform daily till balancing and prepare production reports.
• Other duties as assigned.

We’re looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of our team! In this key front-line role, you’ll create a positive first impression for every visitor and caller—while keeping our front desk running smoothly!

What You Will Be Doing:

• Responsible for receiving payments (cash, checks, and credit card payments) from customers.
• Greet customers with a clear, friendly voice, along with a professional demeanor
• Licensing paperwork
• Additional duties as assigned
• Daily production reports and till balancing

What You Bring to the Table:

• Completion of High School
• Strong communication skills, professionalism and maturity
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Above average computer skills
• Multi line phone experience is considered an asset
• A Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record
• Dealership experience is not required, but considered an asset
