Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in Ottawa.

You will lead by example, delivering personalized service and coaching the team to achieve sales targets while managing cash reconciliation and opening/closing duties on a rotating schedule. Ideal candidates have cosmetics retail experience, strong customer service skills, and previous supervisory exposure.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store desirable.
• Previous supervisory experience with coaching/mentoring to achieve sales targets desirable.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events.
• Experience with retail POS software.
