Job summary

The Estee Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, ensuring the smooth operation of the Store and delivering inspirational, personalized customer service in a prestige beauty setting.

You will coach and mentor the sales team, manage cash reconciliation, and rotate opening/closing shifts. This role suits someone with retail cosmetics experience and the drive to progress into supervisory leadership, including weekend work.
