The Estée Lauder Companies Ottawa store is seeking a dynamic Store/Retail/Counter Manager to lead a team of Sales Associates to meet sales and customer service targets. You will coach staff, plan agile business operations, and execute in-store events to drive customer engagement and loyalty in a fast-paced prestige beauty environment.
