Job summary

ServiceMaster Clean in Fredericton is seeking a full-time evening janitorial technician to work in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must have their own transportation to and from job sites in Fredericton. Shifts are Monday to Friday, 5:00pm–12:00am.

Compensation is $17.00 per hour. Experience is an asset but not required; the role suits reliable, independent individuals who work well with others. Benefits include free uniforms, health, vision and dental insurance.

Qualifications

• Have a valid driver's license & transportation to/from the jobsite.
• Reliability is key to being the successful candidate.
• Experience in janitorial work is an asset, but not required.
• Be flexible with hours, willing to stay late/come early if required.
• Able to work independently and around people
• Be able to provide a police background check and security clearances as required.
• Able to communicate in English both verbally and written.

Responsibilities

• Building Cleaning.
• Sweeping and mopping surfaces.
• Disinfecting touch points.
• Vacuuming.
• Cleaning and disinfecting washrooms.
• Dusting and general cleaning duties.
• Garbage removal.
• Physical duties such as bending, lifting, kneeling, reaching.
• Assist co-workers as directed.

Full-Time evening Janitorial

We are currently looking for a cleaning technician in Fredericton area that can work in a fast-paced environment that have their own means of transportation to and from job sites all located in Fredericton.

Shifts would be Monday thru Friday 5:00pm - 12:00am

The Successful Candidates Are Required To Have The Following

• Have a valid driver's license & transportation to/from the jobsite.
• Reliability is key to being the successful candidate.
• Experience in Janitorial work would be considered an asset, but not necessary.
• Be flexible with hours, willing to stay late/come early if required.
• Able to work independently & around people
• Be able to provide a police background check and willing to complete security clearances as required.
• Able to take direction well, and able to work independently.
• Able to communicate in English both verbally and written.
• Be able to work various locations throughout the city
• Be energetic and able to perform duties within time frames
• Have an eye for detail cleaning

Job Duties Would Include But Not Limited To.

Building Cleaning.

• This job has physical demands, such as bending, lifting, kneeling, reaching, etc.
