Job summary

ServiceMaster Clean of Fraser Valley is seeking a cleaning technician for the Fredericton area to join a fast-paced team.

Shifts are Monday through Friday, 5:00pm to 12:00am. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, be able to work independently, and communicate in English. A police background check and security clearances may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and transportation to job sites.
• Reliable and able to work independently or with others.
• English language communication required (verbal and written).
• Willing to undergo police background check and security clearances as required.
• Willing to work at various locations throughout the city.

Responsibilities

• Building cleaning.
• Sweeping and mopping.
• Disinfecting touch points.
• Vacuuming.
• Cleaning and disinfecting washrooms.
• Dusting and general cleaning duties.
• Garbage removal.
• Physical duties including bending, lifting, kneeling, reaching.
• Assist co-workers as needed.

Full-Time evening Janitorial

We are currently looking for a cleaning technician in Fredericton area that can work in a fast-paced environment that have their own means of transportation to and from job sites all located in Fredericton.

Shifts would be

Monday thru Friday 5:00pm - 12:00am

The successful candidates are required to have the following

• Have a valid driver's license & transportation to/from the jobsite.
• Reliability is key to being the successful candidate.
• Experience in Janitorial work would be considered an asset, but not necessary.
• Be flexible with hours, willing to stay late/come early if required.
• Able to work independently & around people
• Be able to provide a police background check and willing to complete security clearances as required.
• Able to take direction well, and able to work independently.
• Able to communicate in English both verbally and written.
• Be able to work various locations throughout the city
• Be energetic and able to perform duties within time frames
• Have an eye for detail cleaning

Job Duties would include but not limited to

Building Cleaning.
