Job summary

ServiceMaster Clean of Fredericton is seeking a full-time evening janitorial technician to service facilities in the Fredericton area. You should have reliable transportation to and from job sites and be capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Shifts run Monday through Friday, 5:00 pm to 12:00 am. A valid drivers license, reliability, and the ability to work independently are essential; English communication is required. Prior janitorial experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Valid drivers license and transportation to the jobsite.
• Reliability is essential to be successful.
• Experience in janitorial work is an asset, but not required.
• Flexible hours; able to stay late or come early if needed.
• Able to communicate in English (verbal and written).
• Able to work independently and around people.
• Able to obtain police background check and security clearances as required.

Responsibilities

• Building cleaning.
• Sweeping and mopping floors.
• Disinfecting touch points.
• Vacuuming.
• Cleaning/disinfecting washrooms.
• Dusting and general cleaning duties.
• Garbage removal.
• Physical tasks including bending, lifting, kneeling, reaching.
• Assist coworkers as needed.

Full-Time evening Janitorial

We are currently looking for a cleaning technician in Fredericton area that can work in a fast-paced environment that have their own means of transportation to and from job sites all located in Fredericton.

Shifts would be

Monday thru Friday 5:00pm - 12:00am

The successful candidates are required to have the following

• Have a valid driver's license & transportation to/from the jobsite.
• Reliability is key to being the successful candidate.
• Experience in Janitorial work would be considered an asset, but not necessary.
• Be flexible with hours, willing to stay late/come early if required.
• Able to work independently & around people
• Be able to provide a police background check and willing to complete security clearances as required.
• Able to take direction well, and able to work independently.
• Able to communicate in English both verbally and written.
• Be able to work various locations throughout the city
• Be energetic and able to perform duties within time frames
• Have an eye for detail cleaning

Building Cleaning.
