Job summary

ServiceMaster Clean in Burlington, Ontario, is seeking an Evening Light Duty Cleaner. The role requires a valid Ontario driver’s license and entails driving to client locations, cleaning and sanitizing spaces, and maintaining a high level of service.

The position is Monday to Friday, starting at 4:30 pm, approximately 30 hours per week, with a physically demanding workload and safety policies in place. No prior cleaning experience is necessary, but beneficial for applicants.

• Wet clean horizontal surfaces; spot clean walls and glass.
• Sanitize touchpoints; maintain safety and cleaning standards.
• Take on additional tasks as requested by clients.
• Establish positive rapport with clients when possible.
• Provide service that exceeds client expectations.

Evening Light Duty Cleaner Position

available out of our Burlington office. Must have valid Ontario drivers license. Work Days: Monday to Friday 4:30 pm start time, approximately 30 hours per week.

This cleaning position is physically demanding and requires the ability to lift/move heavy objects (up to 25 lb), standing, bending, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. We are seeking serious, long term minded employees to join our growing Cleaning Company.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Driving company provided vehicle to various client locations


• General dusting, vacuuming, mopping


• Cleaning of washrooms, refilling dispensers


• Emptying garbage and recycling


• Wet cleaning horizontal surfaces


• Spot Cleaning of walls and glass


• Sanitizing touchpoints


• Additional tasks as requested


• Establish positive rapport with clients when possible


• Provide an exceptional level of service that exceeds the expectation of the client


• Conduct all work in accordance with company safety and other workplace policies

WORKING CONDITIONS

There is a low risk of exposure to adverse working conditions. However, at this time with the COVID 19 Pandemic extra cleaning precautions are taken and required.

Compensation: $18.40 per hour
