• At least one year of cooking experience.
• Ability to read and follow detailed recipes.
• Ability to provide a clear criminal record check.

Responsibilities

• Plans and prepares meals according to established standards, procedures, recipes and menus, including special meals.
• Assists with preparation of food for special functions to meet standards.
• Reports recipe shortages or quality issues to Executive Chef or supervisor.
• Clean and sanitize cooking station daily and maintain kitchen equipment.
• Follows disposal procedures for waste management.
