Job summary

Shannex Incorporated is seeking a Casual Dishwasher for the Parkland Ancaster team in Ancaster, Ontario. You will process dishware, keep dish machines clean, bus tables, and maintain kitchen cleanliness while supporting culinary staff.

The role requires a high-school diploma or GED, flexibility for various shifts, and the ability to obtain a clear criminal record check. CPR/First Aid and food safety training are assets, as is prior senior-care experience.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or GED is required.
• Flexible work schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Clear criminal record check upon hire is required.
• CPR & Emergency First Aid certification asset.
• Food safety training/food handler course asset.
• Experience working with seniors in retirement living or long-term care is asset.

Responsibilities

• Process all dishware and maintain sanitation of dish machine, kitchen aide and dish sinks according to established cleaning guidelines.
• Return clean dishware to appropriate storage areas for use by Culinary Services employees.
• Bussing of tables in the dining rooms and catering areas as required.
• Maintain cleanliness to standard in the kitchen and kitchen aide areas.
• All other duties as assigned.

About The Opportunity

About You
