Job description

C-VALLEY is seeking an full time experienced Sales Representative to join our team, to cultivate and manage sales and retailer relationships in Eastern Canada (Ontario, Quebec). We will consider candidates who are fluent in English and who can travel to accounts in the region. This role will manage all sales functions for assigned accounts to ensure the business grows according to sales projections. The position will be responsible for account financial planning, assortment planning, developing, and implementing sales plans, coordinating product showings, and working closely with marketing to process orders. Regular product showings and account visits, approach and onboard new accounts Develop and maintain relationships with potential retail / wholesale partners Providing retailer base with sales reports and analytics to drive business and produce top results Forecasting of territory business on a seasonal basis Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Specialist and the E-Commerce Specialist to develop sales strategies that drive business growth. Territory feedback regarding market trends and influences Attending trade shows and seasonal sales meetings Coordinating shipping schedules and delivery of merchandise and services Achieve sales target quarterly and annually Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience; Demonstrated ability to open, grow, and maintain accounts with Tier-1 wholesalers and national retailers (e.g., Valid driver’s license required Fluent in English, French is a plus Ability to reach out to new contacts, establish rapport and establish new accounts Strong computer skills - Excel, Word, Outlook Strong retail math skills Ability to consistently meet sales goals Effective Order book management minimizing sales and credit caused cancellations Previous wholesale sales experience is preferred Physically able to assist with lifting and packaging footwear products when needed Competitive salary + sales commission Reimbursement for travel, fuel, and related field expenses Flexible and collaborative working environment Exposure to both retail and wholesale markets Opportunity to grow with a dynamic, fast-developing brand Our brand is rooted in quality, comfort, and engineering excellence.
