About the Role:

We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Coach to join our Field Operations Team. In this role, you’ll work directly with both new and established WSI partners, helping them grow their businesses through expert guidance in sales, marketing strategy, and operations. You’ll be their go-to resource for everything from closing sales with end clients, analyzing and building marketing strategies, refining business processes, and hitting key revenue targets. In this role, you’ll be a vital partner, helping them grow their businesses, refine strategies, and achieve long-term success. Your insights will drive their revenue growth and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Coach new partners and ensure their business is ready for launch as they complete the required phases of the Training Program.
  • Support and coach established partners to grow and systemize their businesses.
  • Conduct sales calls with the business owners and their prospects to drive profitable sales.
  • Act as liaison between the company and the partner to leverage resources, promote best practices, and align business objectives.
  • Assist with developing marketing plans, budgets, and strategic plans for a partner’s business.
  • Document all calls, meetings, and field visits as required.
  • Provide consultation to continuously improve operational effectiveness, partner satisfaction, and profitability.
  • Use data to track performance, identify trends, and recommend strategies that protect brand standards while boosting partner sales and profit.
  • Assist and validate successful rollout and integration of system-wide programs and initiatives.
  • Provide timely, constructive feedback for performance improvement. Recognize and celebrate partners’ accomplishments and contributions.
  • Regular communications to partners and alignment of message to meet WSI brand goals and targets.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • You have a successful track record of B2B sales and consulting, with a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies
  • Coaching or mentoring experience is not required, but a bonus
  • Previous experience in similar networks will help, though it's not essential
  • Problem-solving, critical thinking, and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and work ethic. Uses time productively, maximizes efficiency, and meets challenging work goals
  • Demonstrates persistence, overcomes obstacles, and strives to improve skills and achieve goals

Work:

Full-time, Remote

Pay range and compensation package:

Competitive compensation and bonuses awarded based on KPI's being achieved
