Position Overview

Full-Time Brand Ambassadors have a customer-first mindset and are passionate about providing a personalized and inspiring shopping experience that exceeds the customer's expectations. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Understand and deliver sales and profit performance, utilizing key tools and resources to drive selling.
  • Support the store in executing company initiatives.
  • Participate in team training to achieve business results.
  • Think creatively to engage clients and reach a wider client base.
  • Represent the customer experience expectations in store.
  • Deliver a consistent experience aligned with RL Brand expectations by supporting the company and store vision.
  • Engage in store client initiatives and community outreach.
  • Champion RL core values.
  • Embrace RL's "More ways to shop" initiative and new technology.
  • Support a collaborative environment centered around the customer.
  • Network and source talent.
  • Provide ongoing feedback to management on successes and opportunities.
  • Support alternative purchasing processes like Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, Ship to Home to strengthen customer connectivity.
  • Broaden customer accessibility to product discovery through QR codes, digital catalogs, virtual stores.
  • Maintain exceptional productivity standards through store execution.
  • Uphold all company policies and procedures.
  • Provide feedback to management on category opportunities or needs.
  • Ensure sales floor and store standards are met at all times.
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
  • Retail or similar industry experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment preferred.
  • Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel.
  • Ability to maneuver around the store, handle chemicals, lift/climb up to 30 lbs., and climb moderately.
  • Ability to operate the register, stand, move, and walk for extended periods.
  • Flexible schedule including day, evening, weekends, overnight shifts, and travel as required.
  • Proven success in building and maintaining positive relationships with customers, management, and co-workers.
  • Strong planning, prioritization, and time management skills.
