Job summary

Magna Integram Windsor Seating is seeking a Production Associate to assemble front and rear seats and sub-assemblies in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will use hand tools, follow safety rules, and maintain clean, organized stations.

Rotational shifts include day and afternoon, with steady midnights mogelijk. Qualified candidates have Grade 12 or equivalent, production experience, and the ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods.

• Grade 12 or equivalent and training.
• Prior production experience and use of hand tools.
• Ability to stand, bend and lift for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assembles front and rear seat components and sub‑assemblies with safety and quality in mind.
• Performs tear downs and repairs as required, restocks work areas.
• Follows rotation schedules and communicates stock or downtime issues to supervision.
• Adheres to all safety procedures and TS 16949 requirements.
• Maintains clean work area and follows FIFO and ODS procedures.
