Job summary

Paladin Security in Brandon, Manitoba is seeking a security-minded, customer-service oriented professional to join our growing team. You will engage with the public and work closely with the Client Service Manager to maintain safety.

Candidates must have excellent communication and report-writing skills, be comfortable with physical duties and outdoor work, and hold a high school diploma or GED with eligibility to work in Canada.

We are seeking a security-minded, customer service oriented professional to join our growing team!

Must have:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong written report writingand conflict resolution skills
• Skilled in the use of computer applications (including data entry)
• High School Diploma or GED
• Comfortable performing physical duties, including standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods
• Comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions
• Ability to work professionally and respectfully with children, families, and vulnerable members of the public
• Comfortable interacting professionally and respectfully with individuals from diverse cultural and religious backgrounds
• Legally authorized to work in Canada
