Full-Time and Part-Time Scooper / Team Member

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly, welcoming and excellent customer service to every guest.
• Greet customers, take orders and assist them with selecting ice cream, mix-ins and other products.
• Prepare and serve Marble Slab ice cream and customer-selected mix-ins on the frozen slab.
• Participate inin-store production of ice cream and other products, as all of our products are prepared fresh in the store.
• Prepare waffle cones and other cone products.
• Prepare and assemble bowls, sundaes, ice cream sandwiches and other ice cream treats.
• Prepare and decoratecakes, cupcakes and other desserts.
• Prepare and maintain pre-packaged ice cream and other freezer products.
• Operate the POS system accurately and process cash, debit and credit transactions.
• Prepare and fulfill online, pickup and delivery orders as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, counters, equipment and customer areas.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, hygiene and food-handling procedures.
• Properly store ingredients and products and maintain freshness and quality.
• Restock ingredients, packaging and supplies as required.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Work as part of a team to maintain a positive, energetic and customer-focused environment.
• Follow Marble Slab Creamery standards, policies and procedures.

For theFull-Time position, we are looking for someone who can take on additional responsibility with day-to-day store operations, including opening/closing duties, production, inventory/restocking, maintaining store standards and supporting the team.

For the Part-Time Scooper position, the primary responsibilities will include customer service, preparing and serving ice cream and other products, supporting in-store production, operating the POS, cleaning and assisting with daily store operations.
