Marble Slab Creamery is currently seeking a driven, results oriented individual to join us on the in-store management team. The successful candidate must have foodservice management experience, be motivated, love ice cream, and be willing to have FUN!

The Marble Slab experience starts with products made fresh in-store with Real Canadian Dairy. We offer more than 50 flavors of ice cream and 30 mix‑ins – fruits, nuts, candies.

We are looking for an upbeat, outgoing individual who will serve our ice cream treats and provide exceptional customer service! Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Prepare & serve our ice cream treats (cones, sundaes, cakes, milkshakes, & smoothies).
• Manage a team of ice cream scoopers/store employees, including scheduling, performance reviews, training, and development.
• Ensure that all production tasks for the store are taken care of in a timely manner, ensuring store inventory levels are met while safeguarding product quality, consistency, and food safety.
• Participate in the production of ice cream, cakes, cone making, baked goods and semi‑prepared items.
• Ensure the store is being run efficiently and effectively, meeting the highest level of customer service.
• Ensure daily opening and closing lists are completed.
• Complete daily, weekly and monthly cleaning and maintenance checklists.
• Ensure customer areas of the store are clean and organized at all times.
• Ensure production and service areas are cleaned and organized on a regular basis.
• Adhere to all safety and food safety protocols.

Qualifications

Education: Secondary School (preferred)

Experience: Food Service: 1 year (preferred)
