Randstad Canada is seeking a Senior Software Developer – Agentic AI & Automation for a leading Canadian financial services client in Montreal. You will design robust, secure, scalable Python microservices and AI-driven workflows to orchestrate data sources and agents.

You will lead architecture, mentor engineers, implement guardrails, and integrate with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, and MCP servers in a hybrid, 6-month temp-to-perm engagement.

Competenze

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in Python (including 1–2+ years focused on AI/automation engineering).
• Strong track record in API development (REST/async), integration patterns, and system scalability.
• Experience with AI orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, etc.) and familiarity with legacy/enterprise messaging architectures (e.g., HCL/IBM Notes environments).
• Demonstrated discipline in CI/CD, Git workflows, automated testing, and code review processes.
