Job summary

Compass Group Canada is seeking a Software Engineer – Full Stack Developer to work across the stack, improving code quality, performance, and user experience. This hybrid Toronto/Mississauga role offers exposure to cloud technologies and open-source tools, with compensation details provided during hiring.

You will engage with Vue, Typescript, trunk-based development, AWS CDK, and modern AWS services, while exploring AI opportunities within a collaborative, high-energy environment.

  • This role includes participation in an on-call rotation to support the reliability of our systems. On-call is shared fairly across the team and supported with robust tooling.
  • You will have the opportunity to use the latest and greatest cloud and open-source technology in developing technology driven hospitality experiences for our customers and to provide self-service capabilities for non-technical groups
  • What we like to use: Vue, Typescript, trunk-based development, AWS CDK, TEMPLE principles for o11y, Serverless (npm), managed AWS services, feature flagging

Position Details
  • Position Title: Software Engineer – Full Stack Developer
  • Salary: 100,000.00 – 120,000.00
  • Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent
  • Hybrid: 3 Days a Week (Toronto/Mississauga)

Final compensation will be determined based on qualifications, experience, and internal equity. Canadian work experience is not required.
