Right now, we are adding a Full Stack Developer to the R&D team. We're looking for a passionate and skilled developer to contribute to the development of new products and features for our cutting-edge retail platform. You'll be working with a variety of technologies, with a focus on PHP, React, and React Native, to build innovative solutions that empower retailers and enhance the customer experience.

What you will do

• Contribute to the full software development lifecycle : From ideation and design to development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Develop high-quality, efficient code : Write clean, well-documented, and testable code for both frontend and backend components, focusing on performance and scalability.
• Collaborate closely with the team : Participate in brainstorming sessions, contribute to architectural discussions, and work closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to bring new products and features to life.
• Build for the future : Create reusable components and libraries to streamline development and ensure consistency across our products.
• Embrace emerging technologies : Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in web and mobile development and explore new technologies to enhance our platform.
• Champion code quality : Participate actively in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring adherence to coding standards.
• Solve challenging problems : Tackle complex technical challenges and contribute to innovative solutions that push the boundaries of retail technology.

What you bring :

• Expert knowledge of core technologies : Demonstrate strong proficiency in PHP, React, and React Native development.
• API and backend experience : Possess a solid understanding of RESTful APIs, database design (including experience with MySQL), and experience building scalable web applications.
• A passion for search : Experience with search technologies like Solr is a strong advantage, showcasing your ability to optimize information retrieval and enhance user experiences.
• Version control and best practices : Be comfortable with Git and demonstrate a commitment to software engineering best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
• Excellent communication and teamwork : Clearly articulate ideas, actively listen to others, and thrive in a collaborative environment.
• A product-focused mindset : Possess a passion for building user-friendly, innovative products that solve real-world problems for retailers and their customers.
• Continuous learning : Exhibit a desire to learn and grow, staying abreast of the latest technologies and trends in the ever-evolving world of software development.
