Right now, we are adding a Full Stack Developer to the R&D team. We're looking for a passionate and skilled developer to contribute to the development of new products and features for our cutting-edge retail platform. You'll be working with a variety of technologies, with a focus on PHP, React, and React Native, to build innovative solutions that empower retailers and enhance the customer experience.

What you will do

1. Contribute to the full software development lifecycle: From ideation and design to development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
2. Develop high-quality, efficient code: Write clean, well-documented, and testable code for both frontend and backend components, focusing on performance and scalability.
3. Collaborate closely with the team: Participate in brainstorming sessions, contribute to architectural discussions, and work closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to bring new products and features to life.
4. Build for the future: Create reusable components and libraries to streamline development and ensure consistency across our products.
5. Embrace emerging technologies: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in web and mobile development and explore new technologies to enhance our platform.
6. Champion code quality: Participate actively in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring adherence to coding standards.
7. Solve challenging problems: Tackle complex technical challenges and contribute to innovative solutions that push the boundaries of retail technology.

What you bring:

1. Expert knowledge of core technologies: Demonstrate strong proficiency in PHP, React, and React Native development.
2. API and backend experience: Possess a solid understanding of RESTful APIs, database design (including experience with MySQL), and experience building scalable web applications.
3. A passion for search: Experience with search technologies like Solr is a strong advantage, showcasing your ability to optimize information retrieval and enhance user experiences.
4. Version control and best practices: Be comfortable with Git and demonstrate a commitment to software engineering best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
5. Excellent communication and teamwork: Clearly articulate ideas, actively listen to others, and thrive in a collaborative environment.
6. A product-focused mindset: Possess a passion for building user-friendly, innovative products that solve real-world problems for retailers and their customers.
