Qualifications

• Strong software engineering skills with Java as the primary development language.
• Experience with TypeScript and React for modern web application development.
• Experience building distributed systems using Gradle, Spring, Protocol Buffers (GPB), microservices, testing frameworks, and multithreaded programming.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, Codex, GitHub Copilot, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of AI-native software development practices, including context engineering, agent-assisted workflows, and the effective use of AI throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Additional experience in technologies such as SQL, Python, and C# is desirable.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
