City of Kelowna is seeking a Full-stack Developer (Business Systems Analyst) for a 12-18 month project to design, develop, and modernize city systems using .NET and Azure.

You will integrate ERP and related systems, promote automation with the Power Platform, work in an Agile team, and help deliver scalable, citizen-focused digital solutions. Remote-work options may be considered for residents of the Okanagan region.

Formación

• A four-year bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
• 5+ years’ experience with .NET and Azure.
• Proven cloud expertise in Azure and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Extensive experience with the Power Platform.
• Familiarity with microservices and modular architecture.
• Strong understanding of IoT, RPA, and automation frameworks.
• Strong understanding of DevOps and CI/CD practices.

Responsabilidades
