• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Indeed, and other major recruitment platforms, with demonstrated sourcing experience.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand recruitment needs, roles, and cultural fit.
• Write, develop, and optimize job descriptions; post openings across the U.S. market.
• Source and engage passive candidates; review applicants; conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, and candidate communications.
• Track recruitment metrics and improve processes across channels.
