Qualifications

• CPA designation or in final stages preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Strong QuickBooks Online experience; ability to perform clean-ups and optimize use of the system.
• Solid understanding of general ledger accounting and property management financial workflows.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working 100% on-site in a confidential, paper-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle accounting for multiple properties.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and operating reports.
• Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Process payroll and related remittances.
