Foss Group of Companies is seeking an experienced Payroll and Benefits Specialist in Vaughan, Ontario. You will manage end-to-end payroll, ensure regulatory compliance, and administer employee benefits while supporting budgeting and reporting tasks.

The role requires 3+ years of full-cycle payroll experience, Ontario ESA knowledge, and proficiency with ADP and Reynolds & Reynolds. On-site position with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• PCP or PLP certification required or equivalent.
• Proven payroll processing experience and knowledge of ESA and payroll regs.
• Strong attention to detail and organized communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll processing (bi-weekly and monthly) for all employees in the auto group.
• Ensure ESA and federal payroll compliance; stay current with regulatory changes.
• Maintain payroll records and generate management reports as needed.
• Handle employee payroll inquiries with timely, accurate information.
• Administer employee benefits programs and RRSP plans.
• Assist with payroll and benefits budgeting, reporting and accruals.
• Communicate benefits updates to staff and support administrative payroll tasks.
