Job summary

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
1 to 2 years Retail or Distribution experience an asset.
Knowledge of operating reach trucks and order picker machines.
Ability to read COM orders or notes in the system.

Responsibilities

Following Home Depot’s GET model of customer service including Greeting, Engaging, and Thanking the customer.
Gathering the product mix to fill all orders in a timely manner, while utilizing the Order Fulfillment Application.
Loading delivery vehicles and taking out customers curbside orders, complying with safety regulations.
Packing and labeling orders carefully to prevent damage and ensure safe transport.
Follows all Safety and Loss Prevention policies and procedures.
