Job summary

The Home Depot Canada in Ontario is seeking an Order Picker to gather merchandise, fill customer orders, label items, and stage them for delivery. You will also handle basic POS transactions and assist with curbside orders when needed.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma, 1–2 years of retail or distribution experience, and the ability to lift heavy items and work flexible hours in a warehouse environment. Safety and accuracy are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of operating reach trucks and order picker machines is an asset.
• 1–2 years retail or distribution experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Ensures Customer Satisfaction by greeting, engaging, and thanking customers.
• Assemble product mix to fill all orders quickly using the Fulfillment Application.
• Load delivery vehicles and fulfill curbside orders safely and efficiently.
• Label and pack orders carefully to prevent damage during transit.
• Follow safety and loss prevention policies and procedures.
